GROOMING FOR DOGS & CATS - 2 LOCATIONS
Professional dog and cat grooming is offered at two Dog-a-holics locations (904 W. Armitage & 3608 N. Southport). We have some of the best groomers in the city with over 25 years experience and they can groom just about any type of dog or cat!
What to Expect:
Every client--purebred or mixed breed--is given special attention. We supply a quiet and soothing salon environment focused on individualized care, and encourage ongoing consultations between groomer and owner to ensure positive experiences each visit. We work on one dog at a time, with no cage dryers or tranquilizers.
Pricing:
Full grooms include natural shampoo bath with products specially selected for each client. Also, includes a full brush out and dry, cut and style, ear cleaning, nail trimming and anal gland expression. “Small” to “Medium” dogs usually range between $38 - $56, while “Medium” to “Large” dogs usually range between $50-$75. Shaving, dematting and teeth cleaning are extra. Please call or stop by for a price quote. Prices are subject to change depending on temperament or condition of the animal.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24
hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, or you are a "no show", we reserve the right to add a $25 service fee to your next appointment.
DOG DAYCARE - 3608 N. SOUTHPORT AVE
Dog-a-holics Daycare, located at 3608 N. Southport Ave, provides an alternative daycare experience to large facilities. Your dog will enjoy cage free, calm and engaging, small group play in a healthy and safe environment. Plus we have a large outdoor play park and heated floors inside during the winter! All our services are performed by professionally trained dog handlers with Red Cross CPR Certification. Our staff is made up of responsible, caring individuals who have a true passion for animals and give individualized attention to each animal. Every dog must pass our assessment test and other licensing requirements in order to schedule a daycare session.
Daycare Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday - 7:30am to 7:00pm
Cost:
Full Day (8-10 Hours) - *$25 - $35/Session
Half Day (4-5 Hours) - *$15 - $23/Session
Hourly (Max 2 Hours) - $8/Hour
*Discounts based on packages bought
*Additional dogs in the same family will have 15% off above pricing for the additional dog.
*Above passes do not expire and can be used whenever you’d like. They do not need to be used for the specified consecutive days.
OUTDOOR DOG PLAY PARK - 3608 N. SOUTHPORT AVE
Members of the Dog-a-holics Play Park can use our outdoor facility, located at 3608 & 3610 N. Southport Ave, as the neighborhood dog park! Members can bring their dogs as much as they want any day of the week to play off leash with other dogs. Equipped with doggy playground equipment, this is a great way to burn your dog’s energy. Unlike at public parks, you'll feel safe knowing all dogs at our play park are up to date on their vaccinations; have passed our assessment tests and that the park is staff by trained professionals. All dogs must be supervised by their owners. The play park is open from 7am to 9pm daily.

A variety of packages are available, including party planning services, decorations, birthday cakes, treats, games and much more. You can bring your own food and drinks for the humans. Our retail stores have a large selection of birthday celebration items--cakes, party hats, bandanas, birthday t-shirts and paw print balloons. Place an order in advance and get a canine birthday cake with your dog's name on it! Call for details.
